Dates and registrations for the Brama Stage Run 2024!

After selling out registrations for the Costa Brava (April 2024) and the Pyrenees Stage Run (September 2024), BiFree Sports will open registrations on February 28 for the third and final stage race that they will organize in 2024, the Brama Stage Run, which will be held from October 18 to 20 in Ribes de Freser (Catalonia, Spain).

Last year, the 1st edition of the Brama Stage Run was held in Ribes de Freser, a race that wants to be a gateway to stage races for all those who want to try it. Firstly, for logistical ease, all stages begin and end in Ribes de Freser (except the 2nd which begins in Núria where we access with the rack train leaving also from Ribes de Freser). Reaching Ribes de Freser from Barcelona is very easy with the direct train available and the organization offers the “Full Experience” registration with everything included: accommodation, race services, dinner… And secondly, because each stage has three different distances for those who want to try it for the first time (approximately 20km a day for the BRAMA60K), and for the most experienced (approximately 26 or 33km a day for the BRAMA80K and the BRAMA100K respectively).

And all this, with three well-differentiated stages, with spectacular landscapes in all of them and crowning the most mythical peaks of each area. To start, on Friday, October 18, we will tour the incredible forests of Serra de Montgrony and climb to its highest peaks in the longest modalities. On Saturday, we will leave from Vall de Núria to tour the Ter-Freser Natural Park, with a very alpine route with spectacular views and descending through the impressive Gorges del Freser. Finally, on the last day, Sunday, October 20, we will tour the Serra Cavallera, crowning the Taga as the final culmination of 3 spectacular days of trail-running.

As in all BiFree Sports races, participants will have a joint dinner on Friday and Saturday nights at the Ribes de Freser Pavilion, a time to meet other participants, volunteers… And enjoy the daily briefing, prize ceremony and the photos and videos of the day. If you want to live the experience of stage races, stay tuned as registration for BRAMA will open shortly, next Wednesday, February 28 on the race website: https://brama.run.

Regarding the other stage races organized by BiFree Sports, both the Costa Brava and the Pyrenees Stage Run have reached the registration limit (waiting list available) with 270 and 130 runners respectively. The first race of the year, the Costa Brava, will take place from April 12 to 14 between Blanes and Colera; and the Pyrenees from September 1 to 7 between Ribes de Freser and Salardú.

For more information about the races you can visit their respective web pages https://psr.runhttps://cbsr.run and https://brama.run.

The Pyrenees, the Costa Brava and the Brama Stage Run would not be possible without the support of Main Sponsor Tuga Active Wear and the BiFree Sports organization.
